[Bug]: Floating windows rendering is not updated when resizing through shortcuts

Summary

The rendering of floating windows is not updated when resizing though the bismuth shortcuts (increasing/decreasing width/height) leading to visual glitches and unresponsiveness. The issue resolves when resizing with the mouse.

1. Open a window.
2. Put it in floating mode.
3. Increase or decrease height or width.

Expected behavior

The window should render correctly, updating using its new size.
