[Bug]: Ignoring custom default shortcuts

Summary

Any non default shortcut I set in Window Tiling group are ignored by kde/bismuth

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open 'System Settings' -> 'Workspace' -> 'Shortcuts' -> 'Window Tiling'
2. Enable all default shortcuts
3. Test shortucts
4. Disable 'Toggle Active Window Floating' and 'Toggle Tile Layout' default shortcuts
5. Set 'Toggle Active Window Floating' custom keybinding to 'Meta + T'

Expected behavior

Meta + T toggles tiling property for current window

Additional context

I'm running Arch Linux, tried both binary and source packages from AUR, same result.

I started from a fresh install without any previous configs.
