[FEATURE]: Trigger "Move Window" Animation when rotating or moving a window by keys

Summary

I would love to have the rotation and moving of windows trigger the animations of KDE. Specifically the wobbly windows animation.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen

When you move a window to the right for example and therefore make it switch with another window. I would love to have both of them trigger the animation of moving them. Without wobbly windows this would result in a smooth shifting, making it look like they are cards that are smoothly swapped.
