[FEATURE]: Mention window decoration colours

Summary

There's no indication for users which colours from their active colour theme will be picked by the window decoration addon.

Find it mentioned in docs that we use the Window->Focus Decoration and Window->Normal Background colours for window decorations.

Allow users to configure a specific shade (by role/name) from the palette for use by window decorations.

I also miss this option, today I use Active Accent window decoration. In addition it would be interesting to have the fields: border_size: int and window_shadow: true | false
