[Bug]: Layout not saving between sessions

Summary

After changing the layout and logging out or rebooting the layout switches back to Tile 1.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to different layout.
2. Log out or reboot.
3. Layout resets to Tile Layout 1.

Expected behavior

Restore previously used layout.
