[Bug]: Toggling between tiling and floating breaks titlebars

Summary

Toggling the Window's floating mode has a chance of breaking it's titlebar, causing it to simply disappear as if it was still in the tiling mode.

Steps to Reproduce

0. Enable No borders around tiled windows in the Appearance tab
1. Open a window
2. Put the window into a floating mode (Meta+F)
3. Resize the window using mouse a. Sometimes this step isn't required, but resizing even a tiny bit produces reliable result
4. Tile the window (Meta+F)
5. Make the window floating again (Meta+F)

Result: Titlebar is now gone

Expected behavior

Titlebar should always remain on floating windows when using No borders around tiled windows option.
