[FEATURE]: Multi-screen and new window position

Summary

Define some rules to select on which screen the new spawned window must appear (eg. focused screen, under mouse, screen with lesser windows)

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen

In my case I would like the window spawn in my focused screen (or under the mouse)

Settings / Window Management / window Behavior

• Focus / Multiscreen behavior / Separate screen focus = enabled Tested also Active screen follows mouse without success
• Advanced / Window placement = "Under mouse"

Additional info

On Krohnkite the window spawn on focused screen on Bismuth seems random (or at least I have not able to understand the logic behind)
