[Bug]: Workspace rules: Disable tiling on a specific activity

Summary

After specifying a particular activity for bismuth to ignore when tiling windows, the activity responds to the 'maximize sole window' option.

I expect it to ignore tiling completely including other bismuth options such as 'maximize sole window'.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'Workspace Rules'
2. Under 'Disable Tiling', 'On Activities:', specify the activity to be ignored. (Case sensitive)
3. Apply the settings.
4. Go back to window tiling
5. Check Maximize sole window
6. Apply the settings.

Expected behavior

The specified activity should not be affected by any tiling options including maximizing the sole window.

Workarounds

Sadly, The only option is to disable the option to maximize sole window. This also means it will be disabled for other activities that might require it 😢.
