[Bug]: Moving Windows with Meta+Click-Drag Not Working In Specific Scenario
Summary
Moving a tiled window with meta-click on a different monitor than the one that is currently focused causes it to fail to tile.
Steps to Reproduce
- Have two monitors plugged-in and active.
- Have at least one window on 'Monitor 1' and at least two windows tiled on 'Monitor 2'.
- Make sure the window on 'Monitor 1' is focused/active.
- While that window is still focused on 'Monitor 1', meta+click and drag one of the tiled windows on 'Monitor 2' and try to switch places with the other tiled window on 'Monitor 2'.
Expected behavior
The window should swap places with the other window on 'Monitor 2', however it just fails to tile altogether and goes into floating mode.

I have a sort of similar issue when dragging windows with a normal click-drag too. If I drag a window to a screen edge activator to move the window to a different virtual desktop it fails to tile as well.
- Have 2 virtual desktops enabled
- Have screen edge set up to switch to other virtual desktop when mouse cursor is pushed into it.
- Click-drag a window from one virtual desktop across the screen edge onto the other virtual desktop.
Expected Results: It should tile onto that virtual desktop but it goes into floating mode.
Just to add some more context, meta-click-drag won't retile a window at all on my non-primary monitor (an old not-quite-720p plasma TV), even if it is the focused screen. My main monitor is 1080p.
However, titlebar dragging seems to work just fine, it'll tile correctly.
