[FEATURE]: Improve UI/UX for the rules pages in KCM

Summary

Currently, the rules for windows are provided via primitive text fields. This could produce the bugs like #154. Additionally the rules pages do not look consistent with similar rules pages for native KWin rules.

The rules pages should be an editable list of items and not be separated by commas. Commas, should be prohibited to use in these list's properties names.
