Multiplayer Mode Persistent Bug

Describe the bug The --persistent flag for multiplayer mode is not respected. When you restart the server, it won't automatically start again.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sequence of events in attached picture

Expected behavior Multiplayer mode to be started as a job when the server is restarted if it was given the --persistent flag.
