Integrate Wiretap for elegant internal network penetration

i think we should make wireguard great again in the field of penetration testing, not just for port forwarding.

@vitorfhc it's gonna be a lot of work for a similar feature set. We'll likely go the wiretap way when I find the time to work on that.
