Openbsd/arm64 Generic Build Target

Hello! Hope to add openbsd arm payload and shell.

If you say 'yes' it should be able to compile a payload for you, some features will just be missing.

Selecting yes will cause the program to crash

Looks like it's due to the pty package not having the right syscalls for openbsd arm64. We could probably exclude it from the build, which would disable pty support for shell on this platform/arch combo.
