Define sendable tokens when adding an address to the Whitelist

What would you like to be added:

When adding an address to the whitelist it should be possible to define if it is possible to send dToken and/or LP Token to that address. By predefining in the whitelist dToken/LP Token won't be sent to CEXes which don't support them. Could be done via checkboxes maybe?

Why is this needed:

In recent days I heard about some people accidentally sending dToken to CEXes which don't support dToken (e.g. dUSD). The recovery of funds is either not possible or has high fees (2,500 USD at Bittrex). LP Token can't be handled by Cake, but Cake can handle dToken.
