Portuguese language support for Brazil

Why is this needed:

It would help to support adoption in brazil. Almost nobody speaks english in brazil. This fact makes the DefiChain Light Wallet unusable for most brasilians.

Hi, sorry pull requests. Meaning, feel free to create a PT file and push it on this repository. All of our languages are maintained by the community. Meaning, they push out translations - https://github.com/DeFiCh/wallet/issues/2919#issuecomment-1149606292
