Win11: After Update to 4.0.8 Unable to start blockchain

Can´t start Desktop Wallet on Win11 anymore.

Updated to 4.0.8 yesterday night and since then I get an error in the wallet loading screen "Unable to start blockchain"

I tried to download and update snapshot again, with wallet and manually, doesnt help. Tried also to reset my config by deleting defi.conf and reinstalled the 4.0.8 Software, with custom folders and default folders same issue all the time.

last line of debug.log says: 2023-12-13T09:09:48Z [ain_evm::services] Starting tokio waiter

• DeFiCh/app Version: 4.0.8
• Operating System (OS): Win11 – RAM (GB): 32 – CPU (Intel Core i5/i7/etc.): i5
• Current free storage capacity: 120GB

I uninstalled 4.0.8 now and installed 4.0.7 ... same issue. Can´t start blockchain.
