Web App stucked at 99,91%

Actual behavior: the web app stucked at 99,91% and moved any inch since days

Expected behavior: to snyce with the chain 100%

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): i started the app nothing else

start the app an wait for sync, so I have done it before fpr 3 years

What are your environment parameters? WIN10

• DeFiCh/app Version: 4.06
• Operating System (OS): WIN10 – RAM (GB): 12GB – CPU (Intel Core i5/i7/etc.): i7
• Current free storage capacity: 235 GB

Anything else we need to know? since yesterday diffrent typ of problems occured, e.g. the update to 4.07 didnt work as well. the app didnt start anymore, so i decides to go down to 4.06
