Fix for rules not persisting over DOM changes

Currently Themeify adds css changes directly to the DOM, this means that if there are any DOM changes the styles will not persist.

This pull request fixes this by applying changes via a style sheet instead.

A similar feature is actually implemented in the next -branch, I just haven't had the time to properly test it.
