As an editor I would like to preview the how to cite field

User story

When editing an article's metadata, I see there is a custom citation field. To decide whether I need to go to the trouble of filling this in, I would like to be able to preview the citation that will be generated automatically. However, I may not be able to do so if the article is not published yet or I cannot see the preview.

Proposed solution

Above the custom citation field on the Edit Metadata page, render the automatic citation with a label "Auto-generated citation".
