Cannot edit support email or support message

Describe the bug

The support email and support message got knocked off the journals settings page by this commit:

As a result it is not possible to edit the support email address or message unless you access the Django admin site.

Proposed solution

Add support_email, support_contact_message_for_staff back to the form.
