Limit spam accounts

We are seeing an influx of spam accounts, see image below:

To avoid this, I would suggest putting limits on what is allowed within the name fields specifically (make sure the ORCID field is excluded from this). I would suggest blocking inputs that contain 'https://' , '.page.link' and '#' to start.
