Add option to request unblinded manuscript from author

I’ve been trying to figure out workflow in Janeway with the templates and options we’re using. Right now, if we review a manuscript that is blinded and decide to accept it, we use the Decision Helper to select “accept” and ask the authors to upload an unblinded version. However, we’ve found that selecting “accept” means that the author no longer is able to make any changes to their submission.

Describe the solution you'd like The editors want an explicit option to "Request unblinded version from author", and suggested two potential approaches:

• Some kind of optional step to be inserted after the editor hits Accept, but before moving the article into the next workflow stage. "Does the author need to upload an unblinded manuscript? Y/N" sort of thing.
• A new category for the editors to select under the existing Request Revisions function, e.g. the drop-down could contain "Minor Revisions", "Major Revisions", "Request unblinded manuscript"
