Notification to all relevant editors for review and revisions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, Janeway sends an email to the editor that created the revision request or review assignment - not all assigned editors. This means relevant editors may miss the notification (especially if the person who created the revision request is not one of the section editors).

Describe the solution you'd like An option to include all assigned editors to responses in the review section would be very helpful. (Especially for UCL, who reported this issue as they assign the Editorial Office editor profile as an editor so that they can monitor the progress of each manuscript closely.)
