Review assignment landing page

The link that is included in the review assignment request send to potential reviewers leads to a page that already contains review guidelines, with the button to accept or decline the review below these guidelines.

We feel it would be better to send potential reviewers to a page that only contains an accept or decline button, with the submission manuscript clearly available for download (but that can also be included in the email). Upon acceptance, an email with a link to a page that contains review guidelines and the possibility to upload a review would be more logical.

Our suggestion in short: split the decision to review and the review itself into two stages, the first containing only the manuscript and accept/decline buttons, the second containing the actual guidelines and possibility to upload a review file (upon acceptance).
