Rendering the <pub-history> tag from the XML in the frontend

We suggest to render the <pub-history> tag on the website: https://jats.nlm.nih.gov/archiving/tag-library/1.2/element/pub-history.html

Andy mentioned that a render to the footer of the paper is possible. But we propose to display the information in the right column or in the box with the general information about the article (add a new square or edit the "published on" box).
