Tracking article versions (publication history)
One of our journals would like a feature to track the article versions and list the older ones with their DOI (if available). This should look like a publication history (first published, substantive revisions or corrections, preprint). It would be great if other platforms or websites could also be integrated (like arXiv).
This example was given as a reference:
- https://plato.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/encyclopedia/archinfo.cgi?entry=religion-politics (Older versions of [...] are available in the following editions)
Specific request: The journal is re-releasing their content on Janeway but still want to point to the old website (hosted by their former funder). So https://fortext.tujournals.ulb.tu-darmstadt.de/article/id/3769/ should also refer to https://fortext.net/routinen/methoden/stilometrie (first publication)
