The link to download a table is broken during proofing

User story

When proofing a table in the material theme as part of the typesetting or prepublication workflow in the material theme, I cannot download the table. Clicking the download link results in "Page not found." This makes me wonder whether the link will be broken when I publish the article (it won't be, but I can't be sure).
