DOI data window

The DOI data pop-up window in the pre-pub stage doesn't currently warn when there are two DOIs (which will cause it to show as no resolving, even when the DOI works). This could be confusing to users.

It would be helpful to add this to the pop-up that shows the DOI resolution status to help users resolve this issue.

Tech notes

• As an editor completing prepub, when an article has two DOIs, I expect this prompt to inform me of that fact and provide a mechanism to resolve it (perhaps a delete button next to them and a flag inicating which one has been pushed/has a successful deposit)
• As an editor completing prepub, when an article has no DOI, inform me of that fact, rather than outputing an empty table (there is already a link to the Identifier manager).
• As an editor completing prepub, when an article has a DOI problem, flag it on the warnings section (right hand side column).
