Prevent the URL links to tasks in emails from being deleted or changed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently it is easy for task emails (for example, to peer reviewers) to have the Janeway-generated task URL links overwritten by those issuing the task before the email is sent out. This can lead to tasks either having no link at all being sent out to users, or should an editor copy/paste one task email across different tasks, an incorrect URL may be sent out.

Describe the solution you'd like For URLs for tasks to be protected in Janeway, either with a popup notification informing the user that there is no task URL detected/the incorrect task URL is detected in the body text of the email. Or, perhaps there could be a way for the task link to be prevented from being edited somehow by the user, and inserted/attached to the email as it is sent?
