Tables: Display of the scrollbar (desktop vs. mobile)

Tables in the OLH theme are displayed with two scrollbars below, even if scrolling is not necessary. This is very useful on mobile devices, but in most cases there is no need for this on regular desktop monitors.

Describe the solution you'd like Can the scrollbar be displayed dynamically? Like if scrolling is necessary because of the resolution, it will pop up.
