Document how to change a set of DOIs

Describe the area of the documentation you would like updated/added. As a staff member, I sometimes need to change DOIs. I can have Janeway generate a list of DOIs that I then send to Crossref via email, but how to do so is not well documented.

We might also document the difference between projected and primary issue a bit more clearly.
