Highlight table and figure captions for the OLH theme

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Table captions have no special formatting, which can be somewhat irritating – same applies to figure captions. This results in the boundary between caption and main text not being clear.

Describe the solution you'd like Highlight captions, maybe with a colored box or another visual style.
