Ability to assign press-wide roles (e.g., giving a vendor Typesetter permissions for all journals in a press)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We are in the process of getting our vendor, Apex, working in Janeway to manage copyediting and typesetting assignments more effectively. They've set up a single email address that they plan to share for all production assignments. At the moment, it's kind of a pain to give this user Typesetter/Copyeditor roles for all of the journals that MPub publishes; we have to create a new assignment for each role for each journal, individually.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice if, similar to Staff and Superuser settings, we could go to a Janeway user account's Admin page and check a box to indicate Typesetter or Copyeditor that would apply the role across all of our journals.

Additional context The only hesitation I have with the above suggestion is: what if there's one or two journals where (for whatever reason) we use a different vendor? Would we have the ability to remove a user's role from an individual journal without impacting that role for other journals?
