Link article keywords to the keywords page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently article keywords don't really do anything. It would be useful to show articles that have the same keywords and link them together.

Describe the solution you'd like We already have a switchable keyword page, if its enabled the keywords on teh article page should link to the given keyword page.
