Add support for CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) in Janeway

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a submitting author, I would like to fully represent the contributions of all colleagues who contributed to the creation of our work which we are submitting to a Janeway journal or preprint server.

Describe the solution you'd like Enable submitting authors or editors to assign each author a contributor role based on CRediT.

Ideally these roles would also be asserted in metadata about the article/preprint where possible.
