Spacing of elements in press footer in OLH theme

Describe the bug The elements in the footer could be better spaced for a square logo and substantial footer text, like we have on the Open Library of Humanities press page:

Janeway version 1.4.2

Expected behavior Increase the maximum width of the logo, and decrease the minimum width of the right-hand box. Test on several different client press websites to ensure broad compatibility.
