Resolution status for DOIs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. After someone uses the DOI Manager to poll for status, migrated articles that had their DOIs minted outside of Janeway show as "Not yet registered." The CrossrefStatus doesn't know anything about whether a DOI resolves, just whether a deposit was sent from Janeway and a response received to Janeway.

We have a separate tool for polling resolution status, but the result is only stored in BrokenDOI if resolution fails.

Describe the solution you'd like What we might then need is a ResolutionStatus that records successful resolution. This can be used as the basis of information shown to the user at registration. So, eventually, CrossrefStatus might be able to tell users that a DOI is "Registered outside Janeway". Or we can display the resolution status as a check mark in the DOI Manager, separate from the registration status field.
