Custom default/reply-to email address for journals

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When configuring a journal, the outgoing email address is usually configured with an address without an inbox behind it. For automated emails, this can be problematic when a user tries to reply to those emails since the editorial team won't be aware of these emails.

It is not a problem for emails generated from an account, because we set the user email as the reply-to address.

Describe the solution you'd like A setting that allows configuring a default email address to be used as the reply-to address for autogenerated emails

Additional context There is a default contact address at the press level. We implement this as a setting so that journals can also be configured as overrides under the same setting.
