Hello,

Your application does not work on Windows XP Home SP3 without changing the subsystem version from 6.0 to 4.0.

"cicdec.exe": Operating System Version 4.0 Subsystem Version 6.0 to 4.0

Now it works on Windows XP. Tested with "EMUKreator v3.27 Gold for Phillips Goldbox DSX6072".
