Can't extract files from Mac installer

Hi!

I've been trying to extract game content (music) from an old video game's (No One Lives Forever) Mac port. I could extract the iso fine. But then I only got a couple files with one big one "NOLF Installer" 540+ MB. Apparently that has all the game files.

Uniextract says unknown filetype and shows this info:

So I'm stuck. I have no access to mac OS, not even sure what version or HW it's supposed to run on.
