[REQUEST] Unreal II 1403 patch installer - Patch Shell extraction?

Hi there,

I'm having trouble to install this patch on my retail Unreal II two CD version. https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/267-unreal-ii-the-awakening-patch/

Also I've tryed this ones: https://www.oldunreal.com/downloads/unreal2/

When I execute this, this show me

And then tell me

However, I want to 'force' the extraction and install this manually. I've chequed the propierties and says 'Patch Shell Installer' ???

Maybe a custom installshield from Infogrames / ATARI / Epic, I don't know. I hope someday this can be extracted.
