your app uses some kind of the IE11 engine to download new your files. windows defender told me this, after fishing your files out of the quarantine. i found them in this directory: "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE\A1B2C3D4" (why are they hidden systemfolders? this is wired.)
you have so many files & plugins in your package, why do you do not use:
- an external programm like "wget" or "curl"
- windows "powershell" can download files, too
- "curl" is also build in windows 10 2004
the easiest way is an external programm. powershell works since windows 7, less programms is always good.
so, you could have more control of the download directory.

thank you for letting me know that you have no real interest in this program. it's too easy to say, learn to program, but it's not as easy as you make it out to be. i know my limits and that is one of them.

did you know, microsoft slowly removes IE11. how long will be this work? some people have already completely removed the internet explorer.
