Ask to delete source always deletes source (2.0.0 RC1)

I have set the preferences to ask me whether I wish to delete the source file (UniExtract.ini contains deletesourcefile=2). Regardless of whether I select "Yes" (the default) or "No", the source file is deleted.

Possibly helpful: I have also enabled "Open folder after extraction" (openfolderafterextr=1). When I select "Yes" to delete the source the extracted folder is opened; when I select "No," it is not.

(Probably not relevant: I'm running UniExtract2 from a UNC path and the .exe I'm extracting is also on a UNC path.)

I looked at the log files and there doesn't seem to be anything about deleting the source in either my "Yes" or my "No" test. The last four lines in each are 2019-01-02 00:28:02:669 Extraction finished, success: 0 2019-01-02 00:28:02:670 Renaming unicode file 2019-01-02 00:28:04:008 Moving extracted files: 1 2019-01-02 00:28:04:273 Terminating - Status: success ...just with different timestamps.

There is another problem, for some reason, a copy of the source file is always sent to the recycle bin. Can I fix this? This behavior is observed on version 2.0.0 RC3. I noticed that this behavior is observed if there is Cyrillic in the path to the source file
