Additional context
I saw many other sankaku threads but I'm not clear on the instructions. For example, when I add Sankaku to sources, it simply fails, and subsequently doesn't create a folder in /sites. Thus, I cannot add the updated model.js
sankaku has too many anti ddos anti ad block, etc scripts on it, admin specifically does not want his api to be viewed by 3rd parties, that site is nothing but ai trash spam anyway, just forget about it

its sad because sankaku has way more images than gelbooru or danbooru in some tags :(
They have more TRASH, let me break that down: -Gel and Dan are mainly weeb centric image databases, sankaku is aggregator of all porn, no limitations whatsoever, gelbooru mods would very often delete outright low quality western art that's not related to anime culture and fugly 3dcg sets too, if you think that western fanart is good I suggest you go to rule 34 websites and "enjoy" it. -Boorus are created for fanart, official art, edits etc, Sankaku also stores a huge collection of hentai manga in many languages, and that inflates those image count numbers per tag considerably -Gelbooru has strict rules against some content that you might disagree with if you're a sexual deviant, normal people don't look for toddlercon, scat, and photorealistic cp traces when they go to such sites. -Lastly ai, as i already mentioned, similar to all rule 34 sites admin doesn't care what gets on his site as long as it's not illegal and gives him profit, there's a ton of ai dump on sankaku a lot of which was carelessly mass generated and looks awful, there's also a large quantity of art generated by their shitty creation tool for paid members that makes worse images than very basic stuff you can put together in comfy ui in minutes. That being said gelbooru is infested with crap too, but to much lesser degree. While danbooru has a seal of quality among imageboards, its number of uploaders and users is much slimmer than both, and they locked a vast proportion of features and content behind a paid fee, which you can't even pay anymore. It's more a secret club kind of site, certainly not mainstream otaku one. Tldr: sankaku = rule 34 = dumping ground, Gelbooru - still very popular dumping ground but with regulated content so it at least gets cleaned up sometimes, Danbooru - rather small dedicated community of art enthusiasts, with much better tag management and features such as artist's comments on images, but there's very limited offer for newbs. In a nutshell more rarely means better. (I didn't mean to sound like chat gpt, in case you got that impression)*
