Bug description

Conditional filenames dont work with capitalization.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to tools - options - save - conditional file names
2. Add a new entry for a tag starting it with a capital letter.
3. Download an image with the tag.
4. Image is not named according to conditional filename.

Expected behavior

Tags in conditional filenames should ignore capitalization the same as when searching a tag.
