Force recreation of external log files

I downloaded a lot of files but figured out a better external log file template and I would like to recreate the log files of the already downloaded files using the new template. There's no way to do this currently as Grabber only writes log files after downloading a file.

Describe the solution you'd like

When Grabber notices that the file already exists it should recreate the log file. This would save a lot of time and bandwidth. This may be put behind a config option or if this behavior is generally undesirable (I can see why) under the Tools tab as a tool you can run once to fix existing log files.
