Since Grabber also downloads video, it should use 'files' instead of 'images'

There is a lot of places where Grabber speaks about images, but videos aren't images.

Images can be renamed to files.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Also media files may work.

Makes sense. I like the term "media" personally, but it might not work as well as "file" depending on the context.

I updated a few. It will take some time to update them all so I'll keep this issue open. For some, neither "media" nor "file" sound very good so I'll have to think more about it.

For example for "Images per page" / "Images limit", "Files per page" or "Medias per page" both sound weird. Maybe just "Per page" or "Results per page"? And for "Images limit" maybe just "Limit" or "Total files"? 🤔

Hm, I don't find files per page / file limit weird to be honest. Some more ideas: item / result / object / content / media item / media data. I think item is the best alternative.
