postfiltering not working properly after install on fresh windows

Long story short my system drive died on me so I had to install Grabber from scratch.

I used the MD5 list fixer tool to recreate the list based on the pictures I had already downloaded but when using -grabber:downloaded some pictures still appear on the search, and after downloading just to check and compare md5, it turns out it's the same as the picture I had previously downloaded. How can I prevent duplicates?

UPDATE: The post filtering might not work properly but the program detects already downloaded md5 because when I tried to use "get all" it did skip the files I had already downloaded on a previous install
