I am seeing some errors from fsck:  I already ran fsck from a live USB on all partitions. Unfortunately the issue persists ~~and I see the same fsck errors...

@NeroReflex #919 sounds eerily similar to what we are experiencing here. Do you see any reason why this might have popped up again? And does this perhaps ring a bell...
