Error in GDCprepare: Allele-specific Copy Number Segment - samples duplicated

Hi, Thanks for a very useful package. Great work:) I have just tried (using v2.32.0) to download the allele-specific copy number segments from TCGA, as exemplified in the code examples provided here.

However, testing this returns the following error (also for other cohorts, not only TCGA-ACC):

Error in GDCprepare(query) : 
  There are samples duplicated. We will not be able to prepare it

Would be great to be able to get this function to work properly ;)
